DAY 1‍ ‍DAY 2‍ ‍DAY 3‍ ‍DAY 4‍ ‍DAY 5

Day 5

What We Want to Feel Again

Today's Focus

Connection doesn't come back by accident.

It comes back when we become intentional about the kind of relationship we want to create together.

Over the past few days, you've taken time to slow down, reconnect, and reflect.

Today is about looking forward.

Not focusing on what is wrong.

But remembering what you want more of.

Reflection Exercise

Take a few quiet minutes and reflect on these questions:

• How do I want to feel in this relationship?

• What do I miss most?

• What would help me feel closer to my partner?

• What do I want more of in our daily life together?

Then complete this sentence:

What I want more of between us is __________________.

There is no right or wrong answer.

Simply be honest with yourself.

Today's Connection Moment

Put on a song you both enjoy.

Then simply stand together and move to the music.

No dancing skills required.

No talking necessary.

Just a few minutes of being present together. And enjoying it.

If dancing doesn't feel natural, sit close together and listen to the music instead.

Before You Go

Take a moment to complete this sentence:

This week I learned that...

Write down whatever comes to mind and keep it somewhere visible for the next few days.

A Personal Note

Thank you for spending these five days with me.

I hope this reset helped you create a little more understanding, warmth, and connection in your relationship.

And if it reminded you that there is still something valuable here worth nurturing, then it has done exactly what it was meant to do.

If Something Shifted For You...

If this week felt easy and connected

— keep going. Keep making small moments of closeness.

If it felt harder than expected

— that's common, even in relationships with real love. Often it's not about lack of care, but patterns that quietly create distance.

If you'd like to explore what's going on and what could help, I'd love to talk.

It's a relaxed conversation where we look at:

  • what's creating distance

  • what's already working

  • what's getting in the way of connection

  • what your next step could be

Sometimes one conversation can bring more clarity than months of trying to figure it out on your own.

If that feels right for you, I'd love to meet you.
