Relationship & Intimacy Coaching
Feel like partners again.
Not roommates.
You still love each other. But somewhere between work, kids, and the endless logistics, you are falling asleep side by side feeling miles apart. I help long-term couples reconnect – emotionally and physically.
The dishwasher was never the problem.
Neither were the towels on the floor, the trash that never gets taken out, or who forgot to pick up the kids. It’s never really about those things. It’s the feeling underneath them.
You start to feel like you’re living next to each other, not with each other.
You want to be able to bring something up without it escalating.
To have a normal evening without that edge in the conversation.
To laugh together again, not just coordinate who does what.
To reach for each other without it feeling unfamiliar.
To fall asleep without that quiet distance between you.
And no, it’s not really about fewer arguments.
It’s about feeling close again.
Most couples don't need another long talk about their relationship.
They need different moments in the day to land differently. A message answered a little softer. A reaction that doesn’t tip things over. A Tuesday evening that doesn’t turn heavy for no reason. Closeness isn't lost overnight and it isn't rebuilt with grand gestures. It comes back through small, repeatable shifts in how you talk, react, and relate every day. That’s what we work on.

Couples who created these shifts
"When we sought coaching, we could no longer have constructive - or even neutral - conversations about our relationship. Sabrina created a supportive, non-judgmental space where we could better understand each other's needs and perspectives. The practical exercises between sessions helped us turn insight into action, and we left with tools to better understand our triggers, communicate more constructively, and continue strengthening our relationship."
— Canadian-French Couple, Paris

Not sure which path fits?
Every relationship has a different story.
Let's have a conversation and find the right next step for you.
Real couples. Real shifts.
Every relationship has its own story. But the couples I work with often share something in common: they still love each other, but somewhere along the way, they lost the feeling of being a team.
Here are some of the shifts they created together.
From losing touch with each other to feeling close again
Dutch–Italian Couple, Frankfurt
"When we started working with Sabrina, we had lost a lot of physical closeness in our relationship. We had become disconnected and were struggling to find our way back to each other. Through our six sessions, we started rebuilding trust, emotional safety, and connection. We became comfortable being close again — sleeping naked, showering together, and reconnecting in small but meaningful ways. We know our journey continues, but Sabrina helped us create a new foundation and showed us that finding our way back to each other is possible."
From repeated conflicts to finding our way back to connection
German–French Couple, Berlin
"Before working with Sabrina, conflicts could stay between us for days. We felt stuck in the same patterns and struggled to find our way back to each other.
Through coaching, we learned how to communicate differently and create more emotional safety in our relationship.
Conflicts still happen, but they no longer define us. We find our way back to connection much faster and choose closeness instead of pressure."
From feeling stuck after having children to feeling like partners again
American–Austrian Couple, Vienna
"After having children, we found ourselves trapped in cycles of miscommunication and blame. We loved each other, but we struggled to feel like a team again. Sabrina created a safe space for honest conversations and helped us understand the patterns keeping us stuck. Her practical strategies gave us the tools to reconnect intentionally and communicate with more empathy. We now feel more connected and better equipped to handle challenges together."
From cultural differences creating distance to becoming a strength
Dutch–Egyptian Couple, Amsterdam
"We struggled to navigate sensitive cultural differences without hurting each other and often felt misunderstood.
Sabrina helped us see our different backgrounds not as a barrier, but as something that could enrich our relationship.
We learned to communicate with more patience and understanding, and we now feel closer than ever."
Ready to feel close again?
Your relationship doesn't need to become something different. It needs the space, tools, and understanding to reconnect. Book your free discovery call and let's explore what your relationship needs.
Hi, I’m Sabrina.
I help long-term couples feel close again.
I've learned that even couples who deeply love each other can slowly lose their connection.
I've been with my husband for over 16 years. Different cultures, two kids, careers, daily life— and like many couples, there have been phases where we weren't really "partners" anymore, but more like efficient co-parents managing logistics.
I don't share this to romanticize it—but to be honest: I understand what it feels like when love is still there, but the connection has quietly faded into the background.
That's why I work with long-term and international couples who still care about each other but feel stuck in distance, repetition, or disconnection.
Most of them don't need to start over or become different people. They need to understand what's happening between them—and learn practical ways to reconnect in everyday life.
That's exactly what I help them do.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
You don't have to be in crisis to seek support. Many couples I work with still care deeply about each other and want to protect what they've built — but they feel a growing distance between them. They miss feeling like partners, like they're understood, like the ease they once had. If that sounds familiar, we're probably a good fit.
-
This is common — usually one partner feels more ready than the other. My goal isn't to convince anyone or decide who's right. Your partner is welcome to join a free discovery call, no obligation, just a chance to ask questions and decide for themselves. Most skeptical partners are surprised by how practical the process actually feels once they're in it.
-
Honestly — I don't work this way, and I say that with care. Real change in a relationship needs momentum. It asks both of you to stay a little uncomfortable, to keep showing up even when it would be easier to pause. I work with couples who are ready to commit to that discomfort for a defined period, because that's where the shift actually happens. Stopping and starting tends to reset the work rather than build on it.
-
No. This is relationship coaching — practical and forward-focused. Where therapy may explore past wounds or mental health, coaching looks at what's happening between you now: why you keep getting stuck, and how to build a different pattern together. If deeper therapeutic support is ever needed, I'll always point you toward the right professional.
-
Many of my clients have. What tends to make the difference isn't more insight — it's a clear structure and practical tools you actually use in daily life. My focus is lasting change, not just another set of good conversations.
-
I can't promise every couple I work with stays together — no honest coach can say that. What I can tell you is that as long as there's willingness from both of you to understand each other, there's usually a lot to work with. The couples who struggle most aren't the ones who argue — they're the ones who've gone quiet.
-
It starts with a free 60-minute consultation. We'll talk about what's been happening, where you'd like to be, and whether we're the right fit — no pressure, just an honest conversation.
Picture six months from now…
You could still be here — managing the house, dividing the tasks, going to bed on opposite sides. Or you could actually be enjoying each other again.
